The Media Center has been experiencing outages with its software Insignia. If you encounter any type of error trying to book items, please email mediacenter@gpaea.org an
Errors may possibly include:
1. A spinning wheel after clicking on "book item."
2. No dates in the calendar to book.
3. No sites on the booking screen listings.
Your reporting of these issues helps us in tracking the progress towards a resolution.
In the same email, you can also provide the name of the items you need to book, as well as where to send them. When your items have been booked by one of our staff we will reply directly to you as a confirmation.
